Promotion of a compliance culture THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST \- SENIOR COMPLIANCE ANALYST **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours (Forty-four hours per week) **\*\*Salary:** R$\*\*13\.392,05 **UNIT:** Executive Department \- SAUS Q. 1 Bl J \- Asa Sul, Brasília \- DF, 70070\-944 **\*\*Job Summary:** \*\*Develop routines related to the Integrity Program; recommend and monitor new controls suggested by Compliance in institutional processes; monitor employee, supplier, and service provider behavior for compliance with the SEST SENAT Code of Ethics; conduct internal investigations; promote a compliance culture; and deliver compliance training to the institution’s technical staff. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** 1\) Completed undergraduate degree. 2\) Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. PROOF OF REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE PROVIDED THROUGH: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in corporate governance, compliance, or auditing. Desirable: Three years performing duties related to this position. **DESIRABLE:** Postgraduate degree in Compliance, Governance, or Controllership. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate activities matching the minimum requirements requested; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Employment and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking the candidate’s experience to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly related to the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
