If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Store Operations Supervision:** Monitor and ensure execution of processes related to store organization, product display, restocking, tidying, inventory management, distribution, supervision, fitting room service, and sales area operations—guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures, checklists, and company-established standards. **Management of Financial Products and Services:** Oversee card transactions and customer data quality, monitoring and training the team on procedures for referral, acquisition, customer service, and document analysis—ensuring correct issuance and validation of customer enrollment agreements. **Customer Service Excellence:** Ensure customer service is delivered with friendliness and efficiency, guiding and training the team to maintain the Caedu quality standard across all interactions. **Cashier Supervision and Financial Controls:** Guarantee proper organization, closing, and reconciliation of cash registers; secure armored vehicle deliveries and cash handling; ensure accurate entry of information into internal systems. **Merchandise Management:** Monitor receipt and verification of merchandise, preventing discrepancies and prioritizing product restocking according to sales-area guidelines. **Performance and Target Monitoring:** Track store performance indicators and real-time results, analyzing sales, financial products, and inventory levels. Identify opportunities and implement operational adjustments—in partnership with the store manager—to achieve targets. **Report Control and Analysis:** Prepare and monitor daily reports on sales, income statements (DRE), financial products, targets, and inventory—analyzing data and reporting outcomes to the store manager, ensuring data integrity and preventing inconsistencies. **Market and Competitive Analysis:** Observe competitor actions—including campaigns, window displays, and pricing—and report improvement opportunities to the store manager. **Team Development and Management:** Keep the team trained, motivated, and aligned with Caedu values through regular meetings, training sessions, and continuous coaching.
