Job Description
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program, from the 3rd semester onward;
* Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Desirable: Experience in administrative routines.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Assist in contacting providers to confirm appointments within the accredited network;
* Support the filling, validation, consolidation, and continuous updating of spreadsheets containing regulatory process data;
* Provide administrative support for OPME-related tasks;
* Assist in developing spreadsheets;
* Support the organization of files and documents;
Send and receive e\-mails; \- Handle telephone inquiries;* Assist in preparing reports related to the department;
* Support regulatory requirements for departmental procedures, among others, as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program, from the 3rd semester onward;
* Strong verbal communication skills and clear diction;
* Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to routine tasks;
* Proactivity and a collaborative attitude;
* Focus on goals and objectives;
* Interest in experiencing both administrative routines and clinical practices;
* Availability to intern during morning or afternoon shifts.
Desirable Qualifications
* Prior experience or familiarity with administrative routines in the healthcare field;
* Previous experience (even curricular) in customer service, patient reception, or support activities.
