**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:**
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building and industrial systems, ensuring equipment reliability and operational continuity. Also involved in monitoring KPIs, collaborating on automation projects, analyzing technical data, and implementing improvements to optimize maintenance processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Execute and support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for electromechanical equipment and automated systems;
* Assist in monitoring and adjusting building/industrial automation systems (PLCs, sensors, control panels, SCADA software);
* Prepare check-in and check-out reports after events, including cost assessments;
* Track technical service requests, identify root causes, and propose solutions for failures;
* Support updating maintenance plans and technical reports;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes by suggesting automated solutions;
* Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
* Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment during events, ensuring return to standard operational conditions.
* Conduct periodic inspections of technical areas (pumps, control panels, switchboards, chillers, substations, etc.) to identify potential failures or anomalies.
* Monitor performance of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, fire protection, building automation, and lighting systems.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities under supervision of the area supervisor or manager.
* Enforce and monitor proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) during activities.
* Support compliance with applicable regulatory norms (NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, NR-33, NR-35).
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:**
* Basic knowledge of automation (PLCs, electrical controls, sensors, SCADA systems).
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
* Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to civil construction.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* Process automation and development of optimization solutions.
* Experience in implementation and management of 5G technologies.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; or ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of automation (PLCs, electrical controls, sensors, SCADA systems) is desirable.
* Two years of experience preferred, preferably in building environments.
* Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
