




Job Summary: This HR/Personnel Assistant manages onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and supports the recruitment process while maintaining organizational efficiency and providing employee support. Key Responsibilities: Personnel Department: Manage onboarding, offboarding, vacation scheduling, leave of absence procedures, and payroll processing. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and records (eSocial, employment forms, medical examinations). Employee Support: Clarify employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and internal procedures. Recruitment & Selection (R&S): Assist in the recruitment process (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication). Administrative Support: Prepare reports, announcements, and other documents relevant to the HR department.
