Operational support to schools and teachers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Hybrid \- 6 flexible daily hours (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship We are seeking a student to work on data analysis for a project supporting public schools in Brasília. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze indicators, build dashboards, and provide operational support to schools and teachers—directly contributing to improved student learning. **Location:** Asa Norte, Brasília \- DF **Main Responsibilities:** * Extract, organize, and update databases for dashboards and indicator reports; * Monitor platform access, usage, and data consistency for students and schools; * Track schedules, requests, and status updates to support routine operations and strategic meetings; * Provide platform user support, identifying and resolving operational requests; * Facilitate communication between data and operations teams; * Assist and guide teachers and schools on daily operational questions. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; * Fields of study: Administration, Production Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or data-related fields (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or ADS); * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation; * Genuine interest in data analysis; * Basic understanding of information organization. **Behavioral:** * Proactivity in operational support and issue resolution; * Clear communication skills across multidisciplinary teams; * Enthusiasm for social impact projects in education. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of **Power BI** or other visualization tools; * Fundamental programming logic (e.g., Python or SQL); * Experience in project management or operational routines. **Benefits:** Stipend \+ Transportation allowance of BRL 100.00 per month. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
