This position will be part of Unyleya Med’s operations, a unit dedicated to projects and solutions targeting the medical segment, operating in a highly dynamic, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment. The department connects various internal teams, subject-matter experts, partners, and strategic projects, demanding speed, organization, and strong coordination capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Act as the operational focal point between marketing, sales, academic, and production teams.
Ensure alignment and smooth execution of the unit’s projects and product launches;
Organize requests related to the creation and launch of new courses;
Coordinate information flow among physicians, internal teams, and vendors involved in projects;
Monitor recordings, audiovisual productions, photo sessions, and institutional course materials;
Ensure content, materials, and information are accurate and properly organized prior to publication;
Support the organization of events, in-person activities, trade fairs, and academic projects;
Track deliverables and cross-departmental alignments;
Support operational setup of new initiatives and business units;
Lead meetings, alignments, and follow-ups independently with internal teams and external partners.
**Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or related fields.
**Professional Experience:**
Prior experience in process management, operations, project management, or cross-functional coordination;
Experience working in dynamic and multifunctional environments;
Experience tracking operational requests and managing deliverables;
Preferred: experience in education, healthcare, events, production, edtechs, or multidisciplinary projects.
