Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze the annual budget document for submission to Management and the Executive Board for approval; * Prepare monthly budget monitoring reports to analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, and address/justify such variances with cost center managers; * Monitor actions related to the company’s performance indicators and provide reports to Management; * Develop standards and procedures for budgetary controls, aiming to ensure achievement of the company’s accounting and financial results; * Guide managers on budget monitoring practices; * Analyze consolidated balance sheets and Income Statements (DRE); * Monitor and control pricing tables for current travel packages, considering contribution margin; * Calculate results segmented by package, group, and region; * Perform managerial closing, including preparation of PowerPoint presentations for submission to Management and the Executive Board; * Analyze expenses by account and cost center; * Interface with Finance and Accounting departments for analysis and validation of results, as well as monthly closing; * Identify improvement opportunities to support corporate decision-making; * Maintain the cost center and profit center structure (renaming, creation, and deactivation). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Specialization in Finance (preferred); * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Controller Analyst; * Advanced Excel skills; * Financial mathematics; * Financial management; * Basic knowledge of accounting and economics; * SAP system proficiency. **Benefits:** Three annual bonuses, Childcare allowance, Discounts on company products, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
