




Job Summary: This professional will manage electronic timekeeping, provide support to the Human Resources Department, and organize endomarketing activities, demonstrating proactivity and attention to detail. Proactive, communicative profile with attention to detail **Your daily responsibilities will include:** Electronic Timekeeping Management: Monitor and analyze inconsistencies in employee time entries, verifying absences and registration errors. Ensure the system performs calculations correctly and validate medical certificates submitted to the Human Resources Department. Support to the Human Resources Department: Manage inventory of uniforms and work materials, handle onboarding documentation for new employees, and perform other related HR Department tasks. Organization of Endomarketing Activities: Organize internal endomarketing initiatives, particularly for commemorative dates (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day, among others). This includes preparing and distributing gifts to employees, as well as organizing workflows to ensure proper execution of these activities. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** \- Availability to work from **8:00 AM to 2:00 PM**; \- Residency in Marília/SP; \- Completed or ongoing high school education; \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred); \- Proactive, communicative profile with attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
