Job Summary: A professional responsible for telephone customer service, service scheduling, answering inquiries, and maintaining internal and external communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Telephone customer service and appointment scheduling 2. Communication with customers and team members 3. Prioritizing scheduling quality * **Answer incoming calls** * Schedule appointments, customer follow-ups, and vehicle pickups; * Call customers to remind them of their appointments at the contracted service dealership; * Schedule meetings, clarify inquiries, record information, and offer products or services. * **Keep the team informed** * Update internal team members about potential appointments and notify responsible departments so customers receive timely service; * **Prioritize scheduling quality** * Conduct follow-ups with customers to assess service experience; * Ensure the schedule is accessible for consultation by customer service supervisors; * Resolve possible scheduling conflicts. * **Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication and organizational skills * High school diploma **Benefits:** **Meal Allowance (VA)** **Transportation Allowance (VT)** **Commission** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.750,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Experience in customer service * Basic computer knowledge * Experience in automotive dealerships Work Location: On-site
