Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for prospecting, negotiation, commercial planning, and performance indicator tracking to expand the brand and drive product turnover. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on brand expansion and goal achievement **Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Specific activities under responsibility of this position. 1\. Conduct visits and prospect new customers to expand the brand and generate new business; 2\. Conduct visits and negotiations with customers according to the daily route plan to build relationships and identify sales opportunities; 3\. Build customer relationships and gather information to prepare sales proposals; 4\. Execute the 10-step sales process at the point of sale (POS), aiming for excellent service; 5\. Negotiate coffee sales and introduce other products in the portfolio, communicating their features and differentiators to ensure item registration with customers; 6\. Carry out monthly, weekly, and daily commercial planning, following the established route and defined strategies to achieve volume and coverage targets for the period; 7\. Ensure negotiations that maximize profitability, adhering to the tiered pricing table for each product line and internal commercial agreement practices; 8\. Identify, in partnership with the Trade Marketing department, opportunities for flyers, additional display points, and shelf space at POS locations to promote sales with B2C customers and improve product turnover; 9\. Input orders via the mobile application, carefully verifying price and payment terms to avoid billing impediments; 10\. Visit stores to monitor sell-out, prevent stockouts, product returns, and loss of shelf space, thereby avoiding any losses; 11\. Monitor sales indicators daily, devising actions and strategies to ensure strong performance (coverage, volume, product mix, and delivery); 12\. Supervise product pricing on shelves, ensuring compliance with the pricing grid and achieving the target average transaction value; 13\. Support the Logistics department with delivery-related information to avoid returns; 14\. Monitor delinquent customers with support from the Finance department to pursue new negotiations; 15\. Monitor competitors’ brand activities to provide the Commercial department with intelligence that may pose a threat to the business; 16\. Perform other duties related to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- Education: Completed High School Driver’s License: Class A Preferred: Incomplete undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or Marketing Minimum 6 months of experience in the role and in serving retail channels Intermediate Excel proficiency and skills
