Education: Vocational high school diploma in Information Technology or academic high school diploma supplemented by one or more courses in the field of ICT totaling at least 120 hours; or completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Computer Science, Network Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics, Systems Analysis, or related fields, duly recognized by the Ministry of Education.

General Technical Knowledge:
a) Minimum six (6) months of proven experience operating microcomputers with office automation software (Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, BR-Office, internet browsers, etc.).
Certifications: At least one (1) of the following:
a) ITIL *Foundation Certified* – v3 or higher;
b) Official HDI Training Certification: *Customer Service Representative*
