




Description: * Technical or higher education in progress/completed in Information Technology-related fields. * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Understanding of networks, hardware, and computer maintenance. * Ability to provide internal customer service with empathy and clarity. * Organization and attention to detail for asset control Differentiators: * Previous experience in technical support or help desk. * Knowledge of ticketing management tools (e.g.: GLPI, OTRS, ServiceNow). * Basic certifications (e.g.: ITIL Foundation). * Experience supporting ERP systems such as TOTVS RM, SIENGE or similar. Provide first-level technical support for systems used by operations, ensuring proper functionality and quick incident resolution. Perform maintenance on computers, peripherals, and basic IT infrastructure (such as local networks and printers). Monitor the physical IT environment, identifying and resolving infrastructure-related issues. Manage the inventory of IT equipment, including delivery, return, and movement of assets. Record service requests and activities in the ticketing system. Assist in the configuration and installation of software and operating systems.
