The wide range of sealing solutions developed by the Teadit Group is present in the world’s largest industries, ensuring optimal operational performance with a focus on leak reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain local infrastructure (servers, network, endpoints, telephony, CCTV); * Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server); * Provide support and operational administration for Microsoft 365; * Maintain VMs on Hyper-V; * Troubleshoot hardware, network, and systems issues; * Execute patch management routines; * Document procedures and routines; * Participate in IT projects with a technical perspective, assessing impacts, risks, and alignment with operational needs; * Conduct technical interactions with vendors to resolve incidents, problems, improvements, or projects; * Keep technical documentation up-to-date and develop procedures for environment management and operations; * Manage and monitor SLA indicators under your responsibility; * Register, track, and organize service tickets, supporting process standardization and best practices in service delivery; * Contribute to continuous improvement of the employee experience when using technology. **Requirements and Qualifications** **# Education** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Technical English for reading. **# Desired Certifications (not mandatory)** * AZ-900, MS-900, or basic Microsoft certifications; * ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4); * SC-900 as a security differentiator. **# Knowledge and Prior Experience** * TCP/IP networking knowledge, VLANs, corporate Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting; * Familiarity with VPN operations, switches, and network diagnostic tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig, etc.); * Knowledge of information security best practices, basic hardening, and permission administration; * Prior experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, or similar); * Knowledge of Entra ID for basic identity operations (activation, groups, access, resets); * Basic to intermediate Linux knowledge for operational support (desirable).
