Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Linux platforms: Ubuntu, RedHat, Oracle Linux, and CentOS. Ensure system and server operations to guarantee service availability; Administer the operating system through monitoring to ensure proper functionality; Administer Active Directory through monitoring to ensure database integrity; Analyze failure logs by verifying the server for corrective actions; Apply system corrections according to identified issues; Handle third-level support tickets received through ticket management software; Install new systems on servers as part of migration/upgrades; Automate installation of low, medium, and high complexity software; Identify and validate technological updates and patches provided by manufacturers for the system; Create automation and server monitoring scripts to alert about occurring failures; Implement and manage system resources and functions according to client requirements; Document performed interventions and system performance through reports for client communication; Provide information on new interventions for updating the knowledge base in the software to support future actions; Participate in meetings with management and/or clients to discuss technical matters relevant to the area; Execute implementation of projects within the area. 2509130202531382363
