Support for continuous infrastructure improvement projects We are looking for a Network Administrator to administer, maintain, and evolve the IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the company’s technological environments. The professional will be responsible for operating Microsoft environments, servers, and corporate networks, performing both preventive and corrective actions, as well as supporting continuous infrastructure improvement projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO * Manage physical and virtual servers in on-premises and/or hybrid environments * Operate and maintain network infrastructure: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, firewall, and Wi-Fi * Monitor environments, analyze incidents, and perform medium- and high-complexity troubleshooting * Implement and maintain backup routines, updates, patches, and security policies * Ensure technical documentation of environments and processes * Support infrastructure expansion, improvement, and standardization projects * Collaborate with vendors and internal departments **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as a Network or Infrastructure Administrator * Solid knowledge of Windows Server and network services * Practical experience in corporate networks * Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware or similar) * Knowledge of Information Security and industry best practices * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability **Preferred Qualifications** * Microsoft or networking certifications * Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) * Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management practices * Experience in critical or high-availability environments Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: *Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Sulamérica Health Plan (optional) * Total Pass * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance – MetLife
