Work in high-availability and cloud computing environments **Responsibilities to be performed by the professional:** Report to the Court any issues of any nature that may hinder the proper execution of services; Carry out administrative procedures related to resources allocated for the execution of contracted services, with technical support and supervision from professionals of Unit “09 – Planning, Processes, and Documentation”, if necessary; Carry out contractual and technical contract management procedures as applicable to the set of activities assigned to the Service Unit where the professional operates; **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** The technical manager’s qualifications, collectively, must cover comprehensive knowledge of all services under their responsibility, as described above, including their diverse professional experiences and/or technical certifications. **Certification:** ITIL Foundation Certification v4 or higher OR Scrum Certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) OR an equivalent certification in agile methodologies or project management. **Education:** A duly registered undergraduate degree diploma in Information Technology, issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); OR a duly registered undergraduate degree diploma in any field, issued by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, accompanied by a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology comprising at least 360 hours, issued by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC. **Experience Requirement:** Minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience in coordination, implementation, and/or administration of infrastructure projects for operating systems and/or virtualization, in high-availability data center and/or cloud computing environments, using Windows Server and Linux operating systems at scale and with automation. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Health Plan ### **Department:** Government
