If these values resonate with you, take a look at the job openings listed below! **Responsibilities and Duties** Design, evolve, and maintain data architecture and IT infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable environments. The professional will integrate data architecture, IT infrastructure, and traditional IT processes, ensuring governance, system availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with ITSM and information security best practices. * Define and maintain the company’s data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, integrations, and data flows). * Plan and support data infrastructure—including servers, networks, storage, and cloud/on\-premises environments. * Ensure availability, performance, and security of data environments and corporate systems. * Define and improve traditional IT processes (incidents, problems, changes, capacity, and availability—ITIL). * Support integration among systems, databases, and analytical tools. * Collaborate closely with data engineering, BI, information security, and business units. * Support technological modernization initiatives and environment migrations. * Document architectures, data flows, technical standards, and operational procedures. * Manage technical relationships with infrastructure and data vendors and partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in data architecture and analytical environments. * Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization). * Hands-on experience with relational and analytical databases. * Knowledge of traditional IT processes (ITIL/ITSM). * Familiarity with information security and access control. * Experience with on\-premises and/or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and data pipelines. * Knowledge of data governance and information quality. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools. **Additional Information** Contract-based service engagement. We acquire land, develop products, obtain approvals, construct, and sell through an integrated sales operation. We also manage all partner, neighborhood, and customer relations, as well as provide technical assistance to property owners and residents.
