Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for a Concierge to **work at an integrative and regenerative medicine clinic that combines longevity, beauty, and high performance.** Join this team of excellence! **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the entire patient journey—whether in-person, via WhatsApp, or by phone—maintaining the clinic’s standard of excellence; * Responsible for supervising medical and clinic appointment schedules, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in scheduling; * Responsible for monitoring daily and monthly clinic targets, engaging in patient negotiations and conversions; * Responsible for conducting, tracking, and analyzing Patient Satisfaction Surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement of internal processes and patient care; * Administrative support and coordination with other departments within the clinic; * Use of systems/CRM for appointment management and tracking the patient journey; * Assist in organizing and maintaining the clinic’s environment. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate or technical degree—or currently enrolled—in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Human Resources Management, Communications, or related fields; * Experience in customer service roles; * Experience in high-end clinics is considered a plus; * Experience with scheduling systems and CRM is a plus; * Sales experience is a plus.
