**Responsibilities:** * Control financial transactions during the shift, ensuring data reliability. * Provide high-quality digital or in-person customer service, addressing each customer's needs effectively. * Monitor cash, card, and PIX transfer inflows and outflows. * Record discounts, cancellations, and complimentary items with proper justification. * Generate accurate shift reports. * Attend to customers through digital channels and in-person (e.g., counter, phone, WhatsApp, iFood order manager, dining area, reservation platform, ...). * Dispatch and ensure correct delivery of products to the respective customers. * Perform checklists to ensure proper system and operational functionality. * Report major service issues to management. * Ensure proper registration and communication of customer reservations to the leadership team. * Complete established checklists to maintain standardization and control of activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** * High school diploma * Basic math and Portuguese skills * Familiarity with cash register systems, card machines, and invoice issuance * Previous experience in cash handling operations **You will stand out if you have:** * Prior experience as a Cashier or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of customer service techniques; * Proactivity and ability to handle challenging situations in the workplace.
