The professional will organize, catalog, and digitize documents, implement classification systems, and assist in document management.

**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

* Organize and catalog physical and digital documents and archives.
* Digitize documents, ensuring information preservation and accessibility.
* Implement and maintain file classification and indexing systems.
* Assist in developing document management and archiving policies.
* Perform document appraisal, identifying those to be retained, discarded, or transferred.
* Respond to archive consultation requests, ensuring document security and integrity.
* Collaborate with the team to prepare reports on the status of archives and documents.
* Participate in training and capacity-building activities on document and records management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Archival Science, Library Science, or related fields.
* Knowledge of document and records management.
* Proficiency in computer tools, especially text editing and spreadsheet software.
* Skills in organizing and cataloging documents.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Relevant work experience.
