Job Summary: An IT professional focused on network infrastructure, hardware, software, and user technical support, including basic Active Directory management. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support * Design and implement physical network infrastructure and structured cabling. * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware equipment. * Install, configure, and provide support for software and office automation systems (MS Office Suite). * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * Provide technical support to users (on-site and/or remote). * Perform basic user and group management in Active Directory. * Assist in organizing and maintaining the institution’s IT infrastructure.
