Support for leadership and organizational culture **About the opportunity** A company in the foodservice industry is seeking a **DHO Analyst** to work strategically and operationally in the **People \& Management** area, responsible for both internal human development processes and unit-level recruitment and selection. **Main responsibilities** * Leading operational and administrative **Recruitment & Selection** processes; * Supporting leadership on people management topics; * Monitoring HR metrics and organizational climate; * New employee integration and onboarding; * Developing and implementing training and development initiatives; * Supporting performance evaluations and employee follow-up; * Driving organizational culture, engagement, and retention; * Providing general DHO support and handling routine People \& Management tasks. **Requirements** * Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in DHO; * Experience in Recruitment & Selection; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal aptitude; * Ability to effectively interact with operational teams; * Hands-on profile with a focus on process improvement. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in the restaurant or food retail sector; * Experience in companies with a large workforce.
