Coordination with repair shops and evaluation of estimates Our employees are responsible for customer service related to vehicle maintenance and claims, directly engaging with repair shops, controlling estimates, and monitoring completed services. The goal is to ensure efficient and effective fleet maintenance management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide prompt and courteous customer service. Serve customers by scheduling maintenance and claims with suppliers (via WhatsApp and phone calls). Monitor incidents. Coordinate with repair shops. Evaluate mechanical estimates. Register suppliers. Record customer information and requirements, reporting them to the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** Driver's license category B or AB Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Prior experience in fleet management Basic mechanical knowledge * **APPLICANTS MUST HOLD DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY B OR AB ONLY!** Compensation: R$1.750,00 - R$1.750,01 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
