We are seeking a Junior Project Analyst to join our team at one of the largest telecommunications operators in the country. You will work on projects targeting wholesale customers, including telecommunications carriers and dedicated internet service providers, with a focus on large\-volume last\-mile circuit contracts. The professional will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of contracted services, acting as the interface between customers and internal company departments (engineering, configuration, operations, and field teams), ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality. **Responsibilities**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service implementation phase. Monitor the progress of last\-mile circuit installation projects. Conduct initial customer onboarding (welcome) and explain the next steps of the project. Conduct technical analysis comparing what was sold and designed versus what is being delivered. Develop and maintain updated project schedules. • Coordinate with technical departments (engineering, configuration, and field operations) to ensure delivery in accordance with scope. Generate status reports and keep customers informed about delivery progress. Support the identification and resolution of technical and operational impediments. Ensure clear and efficient communication with all parties involved in the project. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks (last\-mile, backbone, CPEs, etc.). Project management fundamentals (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with public procurement processes are desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team. Analytical, organized profile with strong time\-management orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in telecommunications companies or serving carriers\/providers. Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
