Job Summary: A professional responsible for reading, developing, and implementing structural projects, including wall modularization and precast elements. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity and strong communication **Responsibilities:** \- Reading of project drawings; \- Development and implementation of structural projects; \- Wall modularization and precast elements. Salary: R$2\.500 to R$5\.000 Employment Type: CLT **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in the role; \- Experience with Revit (basic to intermediate level); \- Experience with AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced level); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel); \- Flexibility regarding working hours and shift schedules; \- Proactivity and strong communication; \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: \- Familiarity or experience with SketchUp; \- Basic knowledge of structural design; \- Experience with Eberick or TQS (software systems). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; **Working Hours:** \- Rotating 5x2 schedule; \- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00; Friday: 07:00–16:00\.
