Job Summary: The Style Assistant supports collection development, organizes materials, and monitors creative processes to align with the brand's DNA. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Style Assistant** who will support the style team in collection development, contributing to the organization, research, and execution of creative processes—with focus on quality, deadlines, and alignment with the brand's DNA. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Support the completion and updating of detailed technical sheets containing all necessary visual information. * Catalog, organize, and update the department’s entire material archive. * Assist in assembling mood boards and organizing collection materials. * Communicate technical details of garments to production and monitor execution according to established standards. * Track the collection development schedule and calendar demands, as well as routine collection development tasks. * Support the style team in organizing and producing photo shoots for campaigns, lookbooks, and digital materials. * Collaborate in monitoring garment fittings, adjustments, and pilot approvals. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields; * Prior **experience** of at least **6 months** in the styling area; * Knowledge of **technical sheet development**, production processes, and supplier follow-up; * Proficiency in tools such as **Corel Draw, Audaces, Canva**, and **Microsoft Office**; * Organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude; * Familiarity with the women's fashion market and understanding of textile processes; * Must reside in the Federal District (DF) or surrounding areas; * Proactivity, organization, aesthetic sense, discipline, attention to detail, and creativity. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (VT) and meal allowance (VA); * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Continuous learning environment and interaction with outstanding professionals; * Dental care plan; * Health insurance; * Discounts on Avanzzo clothing and accessories; * Birthday Day Off; * SESC membership.
