Interaction with incredible professionals Avanzzo has been operating in the women's fashion market for over 35 years, with physical stores in Brasília and e-commerce operations—all driven by a single purpose: promoting the well-being of customers and employees! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the completion and updating of detailed technical sheets, including all necessary visual information. * Cataloging, organizing, and updating the sector’s entire material archive. * Assisting in moodboard creation and collection material organization. * Communicating garment technical details to production and monitoring execution according to established standards. * Tracking the collection development schedule and calendar demands, as well as routine collection development activities. * Supporting the style team in organizing and producing photo shoots for campaigns, lookbooks, and digital materials. * Collaborating in the follow-up of garment fittings, adjustments, and pilot approvals. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields; * Prior experience in the styling area; * Knowledge of technical sheet development, production processes, and supplier follow-up; * Proficiency in tools such as Corel Draw, Audaces, Canva, and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude; * Familiarity with the women's fashion market and understanding of textile processes; * Creativity, strong communication skills, and active listening. **To help you excel, in addition to a competitive market-aligned salary, we offer:** * Transportation voucher (VT) and meal voucher (VA); * Opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams; * A continuous learning environment and interaction with incredible professionals; * Dental care plan; * Health insurance; * Discounts on Avanzzo clothing and accessories; * Birthday day off; * Salary negotiable; * SESC membership.
