The role will serve as the **central liaison** between the third-party payroll provider and Disney’s internal departments, ensuring data quality, adherence to deadlines, and fulfillment of all contractual, tax, and statutory obligations. We seek a professional with solid experience in **multi-entity payroll for multinational corporations**, highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to high standards of excellence and compliance. **The Sr. Analyst, Payroll (7-month temporary position) will be responsible for:** * **Capturing and consolidating** all fixed and variable payroll data (hires, terminations, benefits, variable pay, etc.), integrating information from multiple sources into the vendor’s systems via structured templates. * **Ensuring accuracy** of all inputs sent to the vendor, verifying that each piece of information is correctly loaded and recorded. * **Serving as a strategic bridge** between third-party payroll providers and Disney, ensuring a precise, timely, and fully aligned process—escalating critical issues to Payroll Management as needed. * **Providing complete, accurate, and timely data**, always in the format requested by the vendor. * **Reviewing and approving payroll calculations**, ensuring integrity and accuracy of reported results. * **Processing payroll forms and tax filings** promptly, ensuring compliance with all statutory deadlines. * **Approving periodic reports** (monthly, quarterly, and annual) intended for leadership, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. * **Validating and posting the monthly payroll accounting journal entry** into the corporate ERP system. * **Responding promptly, clearly, and professionally** to employee and stakeholder payroll inquiries—escalating sensitive topics when necessary. * **Addressing and resolving issues** raised by the legal entity regarding the payroll provider’s service delivery. * **Performing manual calculations** for pro-rata, retroactive, or off-cycle payments, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * **Analyzing variance reports**, providing detailed explanations for all variances exceeding the materiality threshold defined by Payroll Management. * **Actively participating** in team meetings, trainings, and rituals, contributing to collaboration and alignment. * **Maintaining up-to-date procedures** and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and continuous improvement. * **Supporting payroll audits and special projects**, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. **What we expect from you to be part of this story:** * **3–4 years of experience** in similar payroll roles. * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting**, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Experience working with **multiple payroll vendors** and supporting **various legal entities across LATAM**. * Experience handling **high-volume payroll processing** in large multinational organizations. * Proven experience in **reviewing and developing payroll policies and procedures**. * Solid knowledge of **employee expenses, benefits, and taxation**. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, comparative analysis). * Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish (preferred). * Experience with the **TMF** vendor is a plus. * Excellent interpersonal skills: respect, approachability, clear communication, and effective relationship building. * Strong focus on **internal customer service**. * A **discreet, diplomatic, and committed** profile, prioritizing confidentiality and integrity of information. **Additional Information:** At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
