The following requirements are required for this position. **Requirements** o Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology or Mechatronics; o Undergraduate studies in Technology or Engineering fields will be an advantage; o Experience in industrial maintenance, automated systems, sensors, HMIs, and Siemens PLCs; o Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics will be an advantage; o Experience in beverage bottling, utilities, and HVAC is desirable; o NR10 and SEP training; o Teamwork orientation; o Senior profile – communication skills to train other team members. **Responsibilities** o Perform electrical installations and automated systems in general; o Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines and equipment; o Read and interpret diagrams, flowcharts, and electrical schematics; o Access automated system software using laptops and Siemens-family tools; o Propose and implement improvements to electrical and mechanical machines and equipment to enhance performance; o Support PCM in developing and reviewing maintenance plans; o Create, share, and conduct technical procedure training; o Conduct analyses using quality and improvement tools such as AQF, Kaizen, and others; o Implement 5S during activities. **Benefits**
