




The **Maintenance Supervisor** will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of **corrective, preventive, predictive, and building maintenance** activities on Lightwall’s machines, equipment, facilities, and utilities. They will ensure compliance with **safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards**, minimizing production downtime, recurring failures, and operational costs. They will lead maintenance teams, ensuring **asset reliability, operational safety, and production continuity**, with a focus on reducing unplanned stoppages. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the execution of corrective, preventive, predictive, and building maintenance plans; * Coordinate and monitor the maintenance team’s activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines; * Lead, train, develop, and delegate tasks to the team, promoting technical and behavioral growth; * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations, operating procedures, and internal policies; * Monitor maintenance work performed on machines, equipment, facilities, and utilities; * Analyze maintenance reports, identify recurring failures, and propose process improvements; * Support the implementation of new technologies, maintenance management systems (CMMS), and best practices; * Proactively reduce costs, rework, and production downtime; * Report progress, KPIs, risks, and operational challenges to senior management; * Support integration among Maintenance, Production, Safety, and Engineering departments. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields**; * Proven experience in **supervising industrial maintenance teams**; * Experience with **corrective, preventive, predictive, and building maintenance**; * Knowledge of **occupational safety standards** and PPE usage; * Experience with **maintenance management systems (CMMS)** and performance indicators. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **medium- or large-scale industrial environments**; * Knowledge of **TPM, autonomous maintenance, and continuous improvement**; * Experience with **implementation of maintenance systems and new technologies**; * Technical or **team leadership courses and certifications**. **Hard Skills** * Supervision and coordination of technical teams; * Industrial and building maintenance management; * Failure analysis, technical reporting, and KPIs; * Application of safety standards and operating procedures; * Use of CMMS and maintenance management tools; * Cost control and operational efficiency. **Soft Skills** * Leadership and ability to develop people; * Clear and assertive communication; * Decision-making and problem-solving; * Organization and sense of priority; * Analytical mindset and results orientation; * Teamwork and operational accountability. **If you are a technical leader focused on safety, efficiency, and results, join Lightwall to supervise maintenance and ensure high performance of our industrial assets.**
