The selected candidate will monitor legal proceedings, draft procedural documents, and attend to clients, contributing to legal strategies and the development of the firm’s workload. Area of Practice * Civil Law, Banking Law, Corporate Law, and Tax Law. Main Responsibilities * Drafting procedural documents, including appeals and technical defenses * Monitoring legal proceedings via electronic systems * Conducting legal research and analyzing case law * Client attendance and guidance * Supporting the definition of procedural strategies within the firm’s practice areas Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Law * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) * Strong legal writing skills * Organization, responsibility, and commitment * Ability to work effectively in a team Expected Professional Profile * **We seek a proactive, committed individual with genuine interest in professional learning and growth**.
