




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code The **Digital Payments and Customer Support Systems** area is responsible for solutions involving digital payment methods—such as digital wallets—and sales management via the Sipag card terminal, as well as systems supporting our customer service channels, including chatbots. These solutions are developed using diverse technologies and deployed across mobile and web platforms serving the entire Sicoob network, alongside an innovation-focused initiative. We operate in alignment with Sicoob’s shared objectives, continuously striving to enhance professional development through idea exchange, transparency, and recognition. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage existing applications by proposing improvements and performing preventive maintenance when required. * Analyze and understand User Stories (US) and end-user needs, actively participating in refinement sessions and assessing technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications, model solutions, and propose customizations according to each project’s specific context. * Evaluate, test, and oversee solution implementation to ensure compliance with business requirements and Sicoob-defined quality standards. * Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, designers, coordinators, and QA specialists to guarantee high-quality deliveries within agreed timelines. * Record and track technical activities in Jira to ensure traceability and control. * Document developed solutions—including technical specifications, diagrams, and manuals—to support system maintenance and evolution. * Monitor schedule adherence and submit weekly progress reports to the coordination team. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields. * Experience with object-oriented programming, programming logic, and data modeling. * Proficiency in programming languages; relational databases (Oracle, DB2, and/or SQL); and non-relational databases. * Practical experience in project management and agile methodologies, including facilitation of agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience using tools such as Jira, Enterprise Architect, Jenkins/Git, and Grafana. * Familiarity with UX, UI, and Design System concepts. * Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and its features. **Desirable Requirements:** * Basic understanding of API consumption. * Knowledge of design patterns. * Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD). **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Program, Christmas Hamper, Year-End Day Off, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit-Sharing Program, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Multi-Sponsor Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program — Internal Opportunity Matching, “Viver Bem” (Well-being) Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Voucher (optional), Wellhub
