**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code The **Digital Payments and Customer Support Systems** area is responsible for solutions involving digital payment methods—such as digital wallets—and sales management via the Sipag card terminal, as well as systems supporting our customer service channels, including chatbots. These solutions are developed using diverse technologies and deployed across mobile and web platforms serving the entire Sicoob network, alongside an innovation-focused initiative.
