




We are looking for a Secretary to **work at a company in the brokerage sector that is currently an excellent insurance and consortium intermediary**. Join this team of excellence! **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous reception and customer service to high-end clients; * Manage the schedule of the managing partner and confirm appointments with clients and partners; * Maintain organization of office spaces (meeting rooms, leisure area, and reception), ensuring aesthetic appeal and smooth operation; * Monitor the office cost and expense spreadsheet, updating information daily and requesting purchases of supplies (water, coffee, beverages, office supplies, etc.); * Supervise service providers, ensuring quality and timeliness of work; * Support general office operations with attentive and proactive oversight. Requirements: * High school diploma required; * Higher education or technical degree in Administration will be a plus; * Previous experience as a secretary, corporate receptionist, or administrative assistant, preferably in high-end offices; * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel) and expense control.
