




* Timekeeping: Verification and monthly closing. * Hiring: Collection of documents from new employees, completion of registration forms, tracking of admission medical exams, and submission of data to accounting. * Termination: Organization of termination documents. * Benefits: Administration of benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and others, including registration, modifications, and cancellations. * Leaves and Vacation: Monitoring and follow-up on medical certificates, leaves (e.g., INSS), vacations, and return-to-work procedures. * Documentation and Filing: Organization and maintenance of labor-related documents and employee personnel files. * Employee Support: Clarification of questions regarding payroll, benefits, labor rights, and other matters related to the HR Department. * Deadline Compliance: Ensuring all information is submitted to accounting within stipulated deadlines to prevent delays in payroll processing and fulfillment of legal obligations. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting. * Prior experience in HR Department routines is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel.
