As a **Specialist \- Information Science**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid role for the Brasília/DF region.** **Responsibilities and duties** In your daily work, we expect you to lead the following processes: * Map, qualify, and organize institutional information assets, ensuring their * reliability and strategic relevance. * Produce analyses, reports, and narratives that support decision-making processes and * project prospecting. * Support the formulation of policies and guidelines related to information management and dissemination * within the public sector. * Collaborate with different departments to promote shared and strategic use * of data and information. * Identify opportunities for developing projects and initiatives based on * information intelligence. * Encourage practices of transparency, institutional memory, and strengthening of * information culture. **Requirements and qualifications** What will be necessary for our perfect match: * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Information Science, or related fields, or Postgraduate studies in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Competitive Intelligence, Information Governance, Digital Curation, and Data Preservation; * Information organization and retrieval (metadata, taxonomies, ontologies, controlled vocabularies); * Data curation and management of institutional repositories; * Knowledge of international standards (Dublin Core, MARC, ISO 23081, FAIR Principles); * Data literacy and basic analysis of informational data; * Information policies, ethics, and information security; * Knowledge management and organizational learning; * Familiarity with tools such as DSpace, KOHA, Power BI, OpenRefine, Zotero, Mendeley, among others. **Differentiators:** * Experience managing digital collections or scientific information portals; * Work in data governance, document management, and information compliance; * Scientific production and participation in open science networks or forums and FAIR data; * Technical English and reading of international scientific articles. **Additional information** Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
