





**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Flexible **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Service provider \- legal entity Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy; Manage and lead the information security team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate threats to data and system security; Establish information security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations; Collaborate with other departments to integrate information security into daily operations; Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions; Promote information security training and awareness for all employees; Stay updated on trends and best practices in information security and cybersecurity; Regularly report to senior management on the status of information security and associated risks. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Risk Management, or related areas will be considered a plus. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. Experience in developing and implementing information security policies. Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, LGPD. Proficiency in security incident management and crisis response. Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
