We are seeking professionals to contribute to the execution of administrative tasks and customer, agent, and leadership support activities, in accordance with established rules and protocols, striving for excellence in service delivery and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the Business Intelligence team, monitoring and supporting data collection, processing, and visualization processes to ensure all client-facing departments have access to reports and dashboards—transforming data into actionable intelligence and ensuring strategic decisions are based on reliable insights. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Statistics, Production Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in data analysis and project monitoring; * Experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights for senior management; * Experience with cloud-based BI infrastructure and data modeling; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Looker Studio platform; * Expertise in SQL, DAX, or Python; * Knowledge of statistics; * Knowledge of data modeling and ETL; Knowledge of operational and financial KPIs. * **Additional Information** Desirable: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance, or Corporate Strategy; Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance. **Mais.Mobi** is an urban mobility company whose purpose is to rethink the transportation and technology sectors to anticipate the future that cities and people desire.
