Construction Helper \- Assist in civil construction activities by providing operational support and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient progress of construction projects. • This professional is responsible for performing manual labor, transporting materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting masons and other construction team members. • Assist in transporting construction materials, tools, and equipment to work sites, manually loading and unloading materials or using equipment as needed. • Assist in preparing materials and tools for construction work by sorting and organizing materials, cutting and preparing components according to instructions from responsible professionals. * Perform manual labor, such as excavation, debris loading, and land grading. • Clean and organize work areas by removing debris, sweeping and washing floors, and organizing tools and materials. • Support and assist masons and other construction team members by helping execute tasks and providing materials and tools as required. • Follow occupational safety rules and procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), comply with safety instructions, and report hazardous situations.
