Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for performing electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance services, as well as supporting third-party service providers. Key Highlights: 1. Manual skills and basic knowledge of tools **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Electrical services Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, and inspecting electrical panels. Plumbing services Repairing simple leaks, faucet handles, valves, and flush tanks. Civil/Structural Minor masonry work, painting, carpentry, door and window repairs, and floor repairs. General maintenance Generator inspections, water pump checks, air conditioning maintenance, and safety equipment verification (fire extinguishers, emergency exit routes). Support Assisting third-party service providers **Requirements:** Profile: manual dexterity and skills, basic knowledge of tools, awareness of occupational safety, and ability to identify issues.
