Ability to analyze costs, control budgets, and interpret technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with ERP systems. Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organization, attention to detail, and discipline. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
