Job Summary: An architecture professional responsible for developing and coordinating architecture projects, ensuring technical compliance, deadlines, and quality of deliverables, as well as leading project activities. Ensuring technical compliance and quality of deliverables. **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Develop executive architecture projects and coordinate complementary projects; \- Monitor the flow of technical documentation and interface among engineering, construction, partner designers, and suppliers; \- Ensure technical compliance and adherence to established deadlines for each project phase; \- Conduct critical analysis of projects and propose technical and optimization solutions; \- Support field teams in interpreting projects and executive details; \- Ensure quality of technical deliverables and standardization of project processes; \- Coordinate and lead project activities for a construction site under one's responsibility, with autonomy and results orientation. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and accountability; * Leadership ability and capacity for independent decision-making. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience at a construction company/developer or in developing executive projects; * Experience in coordinating complementary projects and developing executive architecture projects; * Proficiency in Autodoc, Construflow, and BIM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- PJ (Individual Contractor) **PCD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- \- Healthy Mind \- Psychological Support. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Lago Sul/DF
