Main responsibilities: * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting routines * Ensure control and predictability of cash flow * Monitor financial KPIs and take action to reduce delinquency * Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements, especially in real estate transactions * Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Sales, and Accounting * Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the finance team **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Experience in financial operations and team management * Knowledge of cash flow management, income statements (DRE), and financial KPIs * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sankhya) and advanced Excel **Benefits:** Birthday day off, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
