However, an operation of this scale, with 5 stores and a distribution center, requires careful attention and strong leadership. That’s why we need a guardian of culture and processes. Our Operations Analyst is the role responsible for ensuring that each store's structure continues to meet the excellence standards of a Kaizen system. To accomplish this, the analyst holds the highest hierarchy within any store they are present in, granting them full autonomy to make necessary changes. Grupo Bueno handles the largest volume of auto parts transactions in the DF region and implements the best market practices. Now, it's time to extend this intelligence to other regions of Brazil. Therefore, we need a guardian of culture and processes—someone who solves problems. Our Market Expansion Operations Analyst ensures that new structures can adapt to Kaizen standards. To achieve this, the analyst assumes the highest hierarchy within any store they are assigned to, providing complete autonomy to implement required changes. Essentially, the responsibility is: to ensure the continued growth and success of a store. Main responsibilities include: * Visit Grupo Bueno units and conduct operational diagnostics; * Audit logistical and commercial processes; * Report process improvement and management opportunities to headquarters; * Develop and execute action plans to correct processes and resolve bottlenecks; * Monitor key performance indicators; * Train and develop store leaders (such as commercial and logistics coordinators). 2510290202531612739
