Execute and monitor administrative and operational routines of the commercial area; Provide customer and broker support (phone, e\-mail, and digital channels); Update and maintain organized customer records; Track orders, contracts, and sales processes; Support post\-sales activities and customer relationship management; Interface with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Collections. ### **Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree Proven prior experience in commercial or administrative roles within Health Insurance Plans; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization, proactivity, and results orientation.
