Job Summary: Professional responsible for CCTV monitoring, customer guidance, access control, and spreadsheet entry in a shopping mall parking lot. Key Highlights: 1. Filling out spreadsheets and updating records AREA: Shopping mall parking lot REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Prior experience is a plus * Basic Microsoft Office skills RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Monitor via CCTV systems, retrieve images and recordings through the system, and report irregularities to the immediate supervisor. 2\. Guide customers at parking gates and self-service kiosks. 3\. Search records of monthly and authorized users. 4\. Perform customer access control and release procedures. 3\. Fill out general control spreadsheets, verify cash boxes, and prepare financial reports. 4\. Update the database of monthly and authorized users. 5\. Assist general users.
