Job Summary: As an Operational Support Analyst at Transpanorama, you work with the ERP system, support third-party bases and fleet, train employees, and evaluate freight expenses. Key Highlights: 1. Support for third-party bases and fleet in operations registration 2. Training and refresher courses for employees on operational processes 3. Freight expense evaluation and value updates As Transpanorama's Operational Support Analyst, your responsibilities include: Entering commercial negotiations into the ERP system, populating the operations registry, freight rate table, and route registry; Providing support to third-party bases, affiliates, and fleet regarding operations registration; Conducting training for new employees on processes related to operations registration and other duties under your responsibility; Conducting periodic refresher training as defined by management; Evaluating freight-related expenses such as tolls, loading/unloading, palletization, and other ancillary costs, reporting findings to management for updating values in the operations registry; Updating the toll voucher highlight for registered routes.
