




### **Position: Junior Technical Support Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Register, classify, prioritize, and resolve low-complexity incidents, following internal procedures. * Escalate higher-complexity incidents to the appropriate support levels. * Perform password unlocks. * Provide guidance on internal processes. * Execute software installations. * Replace memory and batteries. * Open incidents with partners and suppliers. * Ensure 100% of all support interactions are recorded in the system. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of microcomputing. * Proficiency in Office Suite / Office 365. **Behavioral Skills** * Clear, logical, and objective communication. * Active listening and ability to respond effectively to requests. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Focus on continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. * Sense of urgency. * Self-discipline and constant pursuit of learning. * Organization and attention to detail.
