The role is fully remote, with interaction in an international context. This person will play a key role in developing, evolving, and maintaining critical business applications—with emphasis on quality, performance, security, and scalability—within a collaborative and highly mature technical environment. **REQUIREMENTS WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **English at B1/B2/C1 level or fluent Spanish for working in an international environment.** * **Availability to work during Portugal’s business hours (approximately 12 PM to 9 PM Brasília time).** * Solid experience in OutSystems development, including mastery of application architecture (3- or 4-tier), best practices in design, code governance, and component reuse. * Strong knowledge of OutSystems security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure integration practices. * Experience with enterprise integrations, including consuming and exposing REST and SOAP APIs, as well as integrating with large-scale external systems. * Extensive experience in data modeling and SQL, with emphasis on performance, query optimization, and scalability in high-demand environments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * OutSystems Expert Developer certification. * Prior experience in European market projects. * Strong communication skills in English or Spanish for daily conversations. * Interest and enthusiasm for AI and technological innovation. **BENEFITS WE OFFER YOU** * Flexible benefits via the Caju Card, with no payroll deductions: meal, food, mobility, culture, education, health, and home office; * Nationwide SulAmérica health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * WellHub; * Life insurance; * Daycare allowance (for children up to 2 years old); * Birthday day off; * Tech referral bonus; * Access to Cedro Academy, our corporate university; * Access to Go Cedro for rewards redemption; * Payroll-deducted loans and salary advances via Creditas.
