Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, in its Water business, is seeking a Contractual Assistant for its new CESAN sanitation project in Espírito Santo. Job Description Mission: Independently perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to your business unit/department, in accordance with guidelines established by your supervisor, to meet the needs of your internal clients. The main objective of this role is the planning and management of various litigations affecting the company across the countries where it operates (procedural and criminal law). Candidate Requirements Responsibilities: * Receive and analyze the comparative MAPA and documentation submitted by Buyers to ensure correct application of negotiated commercial terms; * Create / expand purchase orders in SEO, accurately describing data such as: Family, Item/Service/Lease Description, Quantities, and Unit Prices; * Create an individual folder for each contract generated in the network and correctly allocate all relevant contracting documentation, including but not limited to documentation from the Contractor and the Client; * Draft and review draft contracts, amendments, termination agreements, and other contract-related documents, and submit them for legal and Contractor validation; * Verify basic documentation submitted by suppliers, checking company and corporate structure data; * Daily update and verification of controls using department-generated data — Contract Control Spreadsheet, Commercial Contact Spreadsheet, and Instrument Tracking; * Correctly enter negotiated legal instruments into the electronic signature platform, verifying all relevant attachments and signatory data; * Daily monitoring and control of legal instrument signature authority levels, and timely follow-up with Contractors for required signatures; * Release purchase orders in SEO, correctly attaching relevant documents that triggered the creation / expansion or termination of the contract; * Forward signed legal instruments between parties to internal departments, archive and organize them, ensuring they remain updated and accessible; * Request 'No Records' certificates and Supplier Evaluations for contracts nearing termination; * Periodically monitor contractual validity and alert managers to minimize negative impacts arising from execution deadlines; Education: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: Administration, Law, Contract Management, or related fields.
